Account-level allowances
All keys on one account share a requests-per-minute allowance and a monthly request budget. The minute and month periods reset on UTC boundaries. Use GET /v1/usage to inspect current usage.

On 429, wait for the response's Retry-After value. For temporary upstream failures, back off and keep the last useful observation with its timestamp rather than treating missing data as a new price.
