1. Our approach
We work toward clear labels, readable text, visible keyboard focus, logical navigation, responsive layouts and useful error messages. Public documentation includes text instructions alongside images so a screenshot is not the only way to understand a task. Themes, motion preferences and device limitations are considered when reviewing interfaces.
The platform includes complex tables, camera tools, photo inspection, charts and third-party payment or provider screens. These can present different access barriers. This statement does not claim a complete independent WCAG audit or a particular conformance level. We continue to review issues in the actual product and prioritize improvements based on impact.
2. Tell us about a barrier
Use Contact support on the staff sign-in page, available without signing in. Choose Something else and use Accessibility as the subject. Describe the page or task, what prevented progress, your browser/device and any assistive technology you want to identify. Include a reply contact and your preferred way to receive an explanation.
You do not need to share medical information or a diagnosis. Avoid customer information and credentials in examples. If you cannot complete a task, tell us what you are trying to do so we can discuss an available alternative or practical assistance while the issue is reviewed.
3. External services and updates
Connected providers and a shop’s published content can have their own accessibility practices. We can help identify which part of a workflow is ours and which is operated by another provider, and direct a concern to the appropriate controls or contact route without submitting messages on your behalf.
We review this statement as the platform and reporting options change. A support request does not establish a fixed remediation date; we assess the barrier, confirm what can be reproduced and communicate the relevant next steps.

For a platform question, privacy request, billing request or legal notice, open the staff sign-in page and choose Contact support. You do not need to sign in to open that form. Choose Something else and give your message a clear subject, such as Privacy request, Subscription cancellation or Legal notice. Existing workspace users can also open Support from their workspace.
Provide a reply email, the relevant company or shop, and enough detail to identify the request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, full payment card details or unnecessary customer information. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity or company authority before disclosing or changing records.
