1. Core service providers
The following providers support the current hosted platform. They can receive only the information needed for the relevant service, subject to the applicable contractual arrangements. Availability and exact processing locations depend on the configured service and provider agreement; no exclusive hosting-region commitment is made by this list.
| Provider | Service and information involved | Provider information |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website/application hosting, secure request handling and deployment operations; hosted page and request data, logs and public assets. | Provider policy for Vercel (opens a new tab) |
| Neon | Hosted PostgreSQL storage for configured platform/shop databases; the records held in those databases. | Provider policy for Neon (opens a new tab) |
| Resend | Delivery of configured account, invitation, booking or support emails; recipient details and the relevant message content. | Provider policy for Resend (opens a new tab) |
2. Platform billing and optional website analytics
Stripe handles configured CardCounter software billing under the applicable billing arrangement. It receives payer and billing information necessary for its payment service. The relationship and privacy roles depend on the product used and Stripe’s own terms; it is not described as a processor for every Stripe activity.
Google Analytics receives optional public-website measurements only after analytics consent. It does not receive shop customer records through that tag and is not part of the hosted shop database. Google advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalization are disabled in our public-site configuration.
3. Services a shop chooses to connect
The Company separately authorizes these services where the relevant feature is available. Their own terms, privacy notices, account approvals and fees apply. They may act as independent controllers for their own operations rather than as CardCounter subprocessors for every use.
| Service | Information and purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe for shop payments | Authorized merchant account, payment/reader operations, transaction amounts and provider references. Payment entry is handled by the provider. |
| Shopify | Authorized shop connection, selected products, listings, stock and order data needed for the enabled storefront workflow. |
| eBay | Authorized seller identity/tokens, approved listing details, seller policies and limited listing/order reconciliation records. The current order import does not store buyer contact or payment information. |
| USPS or another enabled shipping provider | Seller account authorization, sender and recipient details, parcel/service data and tracking needed for an approved shipping workflow. The seller funds postage. |
| Google address suggestions or OpenStreetMap/Photon | Typed address, country and required request/session information for a requested address lookup; manual address entry remains available. |
| Authorized catalog and market sources | Card search/recognition cues and product references for catalog and price lookups. Continuous camera photos are processed locally rather than sent to those lookups. |
4. Updates and Company questions
We update the review date when this list changes. Any additional subprocessor notice, objection or approval process in an executed Company agreement remains applicable. Contact support to ask about a provider’s purpose, the information involved, processing arrangements or an agreed transfer safeguard.
Disconnecting a merchant-selected account does not cancel its external subscription or erase its independently retained records. Review its own controls and notices as well as the CardCounter disconnection workflow.
