Use your customer account
Sign in to your shop’s customer website, review permitted account information and maintain wants or deck lists.

Before you begin
Use the customer account link on the shop’s own website, rather than the CardCounter staff sign-in.
Customers of a shop with customer accounts enabled. Company feature access and current setup requirements apply.
Step by step
- 1
Activate private access
Follow the shop’s current invitation or activation flow. Use your verified customer details and keep the private link or code secure.
- 2
Review your account
Read the available credit, purchases and other information the shop makes available. Check currency and the scope stated by the account page.
- 3
Maintain a wants or deck list
Create or edit the supported list, specify exact printings where possible and review matching availability in the account.
- 4
Ask the shop for help
For an expired invite, wrong customer association or account recovery issue, use the shop’s customer contact. Staff account recovery is a separate process.
Keep in mind
A wanted card is not reserved or purchased simply because it appears in a list. The shop confirms quantity and price during the sale.
Enabled availability summaries appear in the account; do not assume automatic email or text alerts.
If something goes wrong
You opened staff sign-in
Return to the merchant’s customer website and choose its account link. A customer login is not a shop employee account.
