Step by step
- 1
Check the selected printer
Use the actual supported printer and correct paper dimensions. Confirm it is online and available to the current Windows user or browser.
- 2
Review print settings
Check scaling, margins, orientation and browser headers or footers. Receipt and inventory-label formats may require different paper settings.
- 3
Print a small test
Use one label or a stored receipt and inspect clipping and readable text. Verify a printed SKU barcode against the exact register item.
- 4
Retry printing only
A failed print does not require another sale, receipt or stock movement. Reopen the stored result and retry its print action.
Keep in mind
Equipment settings show supported connection information; they do not guarantee every printer model and driver.
A screenshot is not a substitute for verifying a physical barcode and paper fit on the shop’s chosen hardware.
If something goes wrong
The barcode will not scan
Check the correct exact SKU, contrast, paper size and scaling. Confirm the scanner’s keyboard input mode with a known readable barcode.
